If I buy from your store, after shipment, the goods will also be provided with a tracking number, and can they be tracked?
Yes, after we ship your order, we will send you an email, including the tracking number you need, which can provide real-time tracking to ensure the safe arrival of your goods.
How long does it take for the product to arrive after I purchase it from your store?
The total time from your purchase until the item arrives includes order processing time, shipping time.
- order processing time: Before purchasing a product, you can check the product details and see whether the product is in stock or a pre-sale product. If the product is in stock, we will process the order for you immediately and ship it to you within about 4 days. If the product is pre-sale , we will deliver the goods to you within the number of days of pre-sale, the specific time depends on the supplier's delivery time
- shipping time: Successful delivery to European countries and the United States in approximately 7-12 days
Note: If your order includes pre-sale products and in-stock products, we will default to waiting for all products to arrive and ship them together.
Will there be any additional charges after my order arrives? For example: tax
